Prosper Care: Vitals Report

In certain cases, a Care Manager may need to download a report of all of the remotely captured measurements and vitals by the Prosper Platform and share with others whose workflows do not involve Prosper Care. This could help in non-integrated environments, for printing for paper-based workflows or for sharing with patients and their care team. Let's dive in!

1. Go to a patient's Results Tab and click on the Summary Card if it is not already selected.

2. Click "Download vitals report"

3. A number of different date ranges are available for the report: 7 days, 30 days or Custom. Select Custom to select your start and end dates.

4. Prior to downloading you must enter a password and password confirmation. This is to ensure that any data downloaded containing PHI locally has some level of protection. Click "Download" and a password protected PDF of the data will be downloaded to your local drive.

5. Open the PDF, enter the password and you'll see a report of the vitals. The report includes identifying information about the patient and the timestamp, type of vital, value and if there was an alert for each vital captured about the patient during the time period.
