Note: You have to have proper permissions to upload files in Prosper Care. Check with your Prosper Client Success manager or contact support@myvetahealth.com if you have any questions.
As a Care Manager, you might have to share files with other care team members or with your Veta Client success team. These files may contain PHI or other protected information and needs to be securely transmitted. While there are other methods of secure transmission (e.g. SFTP, Secure mail, using a third-party file sharing service, native encryption, etc.), these methods may be cumbersome to configure and setup.
Prosper Care now supports Secure File Sharing. Let's dive into how to upload and share a file.
1. Navigate to the Prosper Care Homepage
2. Click this button
3. Click "Sites"
4. Click on "Files"
5. Click on the "Upload files" button
6. Select the file and click "Open" (Note: File size is limited to max. 20MB)
7. Your file will upload and appear in the list
8. Click on the "Edit description" button to add a document description
9. Type the description and click "Ok"
To share a file link:
A user has the ability to share a link of the document with other users. Note: the user must have the right permissions to download the file
1. Click on this button
2. The link will be copied to the clipboard
3. Paste the link, for example in an Email and share with other users.
To delete a file:
1. Click on this button
2. If you are sure you want to permanently delete the file, click on "Ok"
