Reset Your Password

In order to reset your care manager password.

1. Go to https://care.veta.health

2. Click 'Forgot Password' under the form.

3. Enter your email. Be sure it is the one you registered with us.

4. Find the email from Prosper Care in your inbox. Copy the code in green.

5. Switch back to the login page. Paste the code from your into the 'Enter reset code' field. Enter the new password twice, taking care to include all of the criteria (e.g. 8 characters in length, include 1 uppercase, etc.) that makes it difficult for someone to guess your password. Click Continue.

6. You're all set!
