As a Care Manager, you might find yourself reusing the similar documentation to summarize patient data review or patient calls after you have finished speaking with a patient you're caring for. You cut and paste lengthy documentation, change the patient specific content, the content of the calls and other context. All of these are tedious, time consuming and maybe a little error prone.
Now you can use Note Templates in Prosper Care. Using preselected notes for the most common use cases, you can save time and reduce errors. Let's dive into how we use them.
1. In an individual patient's record, click 'Select template'
2. Enter the name of the template you wish to use to filter the list. Click the Note Template you would like to use.
3. The note contents are populated with the Note Template you chose in the previous step.
4. Replace any of the note content with your specifics (e.g. the items within the brackets).
5. Finish out your note by entering the "Time spent [min]" field and click 'Save'
6. The Note appears in the Table below the note entry.
