A Care Manager can Preview the billing report locally, make the changes within Prosper itself, publish a report and then share a link to that report with the primary care provider. They can then click the link, login and securely download the file to their machine for documentation purposes. (We've also left the 'Download' capability so that Care Managers can continue with their existing processes if so desired.)
Let's dig in a little more to find out how this new process works.
1. Login to Prosper Care https://care.veta.health.
2. Click the Hamburger Menu (three horizontal lines on the top right.)
3. Click "Billing Report"
4. Click the "Select the site you want to create a report for." field and choose a site
7. Click the "Select a month." field and choose the month. Note that the most recent month will appear at the top.
7. Click "Publish"
8. Ah, the system warns us to preview the report before publishing. Let's Preview it first.
9. Click "Preview"
10. The report will generate and be downloaded locally.
11. Open the Report
Note: If you have specific questions about the report format please reach out to your client success manager or email us at support@myvetahealth.com
12. Review the report and note anything out of the ordinary. For example, it looks like we are missing some insurance information this client generally likes us to include in their monthly report. We'd go back into the patient records within Prosper and fix those.
13. Repeat the steps above again to preview the document.
Great! It looks like our insurance is now updated.
14. Click "Publish"
15. If you want to securely share the published billing report with some one who has access. Click "Copy link" and it will be copied to your clipboard. When someone clicks that link, they will have to login with their credentials and have permissions to access the report. If they are authenticated and authorized, the report can be downloaded.
16. Alternatively, if the Care Manager is going to securely send the file, they have the ability to download it themselves by clicking "Download".
That's it! If you have any questions, as always contact your client success manager or email us at support@myvetahealth.com.
