Note Editing
Care Managers need to document their communication with patients and activity related to providing care so that they and others have the historical context to understand how that patient has been cared for within the Prosper Health platform. We've added some new features to make it easier for Care Managers to quickly identify the note context and added new security measures to make sure patients' documentation is protected from inadvertent or malicious actions.
1. Within the patient's notes, there are new icons next to the note title.
- The
icon indicates that this was a note in which there was no communication with the patient.
- The
icon indicates that this was a note in which there was communication with the patient.
- The
icon indicates that this note is the result of an escalated value.
2. Note that you can also edit your own notes. This allows you to fix mistakes or add additional items that might have happened. Notes that can be edited have an indicator of the length of time they can be edited, You can edit your own notes within 24 hours. After 24 hours or if the 'Monthly Care Summary Report' is published, a note is no longer editable. You cannot edit other people's notes.
3. To edit a note, click on an editable note, and then the Edit button.
4. You can modify any of the fields and then choose to 'Save', Discard your Changes or completely Delete the note.
