The Prosper Care Platform provides the ability for site administrators to create their own site users such as Care Manager, Site Managers (Site users are not the same as patients.) ou now can create, modify, inactivate and set permissions for your care management staff without having to contact the client success team directly. Let's dive in.
1. Login to Prosper Care https://care.veta.health
2. Click this button on the top right
3. Click "User Management"
4. Click "Add"
5. Enter the first name, last name and email of the user you want to create. Optionally enter the credentials. (These are sometimes used in note signatures.)
6. Choose the permissions you want to give to the user
- Care Summary Report - Allows the user to generate the care summary reports for RPM use cases
- Delete any note - Allows the user to override the 24 hour note deletion rule.
- Dispatch Manual Orders
- Modify alerts - Allows the user to customize patient alerts
- Download files - Allows the user to download files from the Secure File Sharing in Prosper.
- Upload files - Allows the user to upload files into the Prosper Secure File Sharing.
- View ePHI - Allows the user to view patient health information
- RPM - Displays the RPM-specific fields in the user interface (e.g. the RPM minutes, RPM Onboarding - Allows the user to manage onboarding states
- Manage devices - Allows the user to assign, manage and order devices.
- Mute permanently - Allows the user to permanently mute notifications for a patient.
7. Choose the preset views and status
- Preset views - Displays different default views in the patient overview for a user (If you would like to add a default view for your team, please contact your Client Success Manager).
- With RPM - recommended views for RPM programs. It includes 'Monitoring', 'Onboarding', 'Out of range', 'Off track', 'Less than 20 minutes' and 'No communication' views.
- Without RPM - Includes 'Monitoring', 'Onboarding' and 'Out of range' views.

8. Choose the site permissions.
- Access - Allows a user to access the patient information
- Manage - Allows a user to become a site administrator and create additional Prosper Care users.
9. Click "Save".
10. The new user will receive a registration email.
11. User should click the link and enter their new password.
12. After clicking submit, the confirmation that the password is updated will appear.
13. Now the user can go to https://care.veta.health and login using the email they received and the password they just set.
