Accessing the Prosper Patient App

Prosper Patient App Access
There are three (3) ways to access the Prosper Patient app.
1. Using this URL: https://care.veta.health/. It is helpful to bookmark this URL. Patients can go directly to
the URL or will be sent SMS messages at the appropriate times (e.g. in
response to measurement) with a direct link to the task they are to complete.
2. Download the Apple Store app.
3. Download the Google Play app.
