Tasks
Once logged in, the patient will be presented with their first task for the day. Tasks
are short (30 second - 90 second) activities that allow the patient to provide
important health status information to their care team (e.g., symptom assessments,
questionnaires) and provide the patient with educational material about their
condition or general health/wellness. The patient is encouraged to complete all
tasks they receive. By design, the patient will receive between zero (0) and three (3)
tasks per day.Note: Some tasks may repeat and it is important for the patient to complete them.
Completing these tasks each time helps the patient’s care team understand how their
health is changing over time. For example, understanding that a symptom is getting
worse or that medication adherence is improving. These are insights which the patient’s
care team may not otherwise receive or quantify.
Tasks may consist of education or surveys using text, PDF, images, audio, video and
input (text fields, buttons, etc.). These tasks help present and collect information to
and from patients during their care journey.
After a patient has completed their tasks for the day, the system will provide them
feedback.
Incomplete (remaining) tasks are indicated on the Tasks navigation icon. Clicking on
this icon returns the patient to their tasks.
