The Results Table contains the following columns.
- Date: The timestamp of when the value was recorded.
- Value (e.g., weight): The actual value recorded.
- Alert: Shows if the measurement value triggered an alert.
- Source: The source of the measurement (person or device - mouseover to view which).
- Actions: The actions a user can take for each row value.
If a value is out of range or concerning, a ‘red’ circle with ! icon will appear to the left of the trash can icon in the Actions column. Clicking on the ! icon allows the user to mark a concerning measurement as escalated or reviewed and the icon turns gray to indicate that it was addressed.

Red Icon Actions: Escalated or Reviewed1. Click on the ! icon and select either escalated or reviewed.
2. Choosing ‘Escalated’ creates an escalation note, adds a note to the notes
column in the value row within the table, and changes the Actions ! icon from
red to gray.
3. Choosing ‘reviewed’ adds a note to the Notes column in the value row within
the table and changes the Actions column ! icon from red to gray.
