On the Results Tab click on the 'Completed content tasks' card.
Clicking on the Completed content tasks result card opens the longitudinal graph and
results table.
NOTE: The row highlighted in red indicates that a patient entered concerning data and
correlates with the color of the card.

Results Table Columns
1. Date: This column indicates the date the task was assigned to the patient.
2. Content Title
3. Editor
4. Status: This column indicates the status of the task (e.g., completed,
incomplete).
5. Actions: If a patient response to a task is concerning, the result row will not only be highlighted in red, it will also include user actions indicated by the the ! icon. By clicking the icon, an alert can be escalated or reviewed (see red and gray icon explanations in the physiologic value card section.)
Selecting the checkbox to the left of a row highlighted in red will open the table with
the patient’s responses. This detailed view allows the user to review the patient
input to tasks (e.g. surveys, symptom assessments, etc.) that generated the
concerning value notification (turned the card and row red). When a task (e.g.,
questionnaire) is recurring, the answers to the last instance of the task will be
displayed to allow comparison.
