To order a device, click ‘Order Device’ on the Devices Tab, which prompts a box to appear. This box is where the user selects the device to order and verifies the patient’s shipping address. (This shipping address is found in the patient’s Demographics tab.)
Clicking ‘Order Device’, begins the device ordering process. Device orders can be canceled for 1 hour after the order is placed. Clicking the trash icon cancels the order.
Once the order has been fulfilled by the warehouse, the status label will be updated to reflect where the order is. The Device ID will be assigned as well as the Courier (e.g. USPS, Fedex) and a tracking ID. The Last Updated timestamp will be updated to the latest update Prosper receives from the courier. Clicking on the tracking ID will bring you to the courier's tracking website where you can get granular delivery information.
Once the device is used, the status label will be updated and the Last Usage timestamp will reflect the last time the device had been used by the patient.
