Prosper Care uses default values for showing concerning values or trends in patient measurements based on health standards and best practice. But patients are unique and as a Care Manager, you have a better sense of what is a concerning value for a patient and what's not.
Prosper Care now provides the ability to set customized alerts to help you set those customized alert boundaries for your patients and reduce alert fatigue. Let's find out how to view, edit, and add alerts.
